It is suggested that you burn it and your local fire department can help you with this.

  • Why are flags flown at half-mast?
    This is usually a sign of mourning. Out of respect for the services they provided for the world, when the death of a President, Vice President, Chief Justice, or Speaker of the House occurs, the banners of all the government buildings are lowered halfway down the poles.
