| the bad: | He works by himself, and never gets in a hurry, which pushed our schedule back about a week. |
| the details: | This is our Floorguy! His knowledge overwhelmed both myself and my husband. Attention to detail and brought everything to our attention, so we could make a choice, then his hand skills and craftsmanship, exceeded our expectations.
