| the good: | Talks a good game. |
| the bad: | All promises, no delivery, product poor quality. |
| the details: | This builder is horrible. Even the inspectors have nothing good to say about him - they fight over who has to inspect his jobs because they know he will be sued and don't want to be involved! He promises everything, then disappears, only coming around to get checks. He doesn't return calls, doesn't supervise his crews (he goes to the job site maybe once a week), lies to your face, doesn't pay his people on time (so they come looking to you for money), and, worst of all, the quality is horrible. He does everything on the cheap, then covers things up and hopes you won't (and the inspectors) won't notice the problems. Nothing is straight, square, or even water tight. This is as bad as a contractor can get. He already had his license suspended once for major defects and his clients hate him. STAY AWAY! |
