| the details: | I had a scheduled appointment, and the wedding floral coordinator was out with a sick child. They didn't call me to reschedule even though I gave them my phone number. I went all the way out to the business, and the woman who I did speak with was short and didn't even offer to reschedule. To top it all off, the woman who did talk to me asked me if I was told there was a $50 consultation fee. NO, they had not told me that when I scheduled my appointment. The woman said she could look at a few things with me, but that a wedding consultation is usually an hour. I scheduled an appointment, so I was expecting that! Not impressed with service or professionalism of the staff. I would not recommend wasting your time scheduling an appointment if they don't have the decency to call or offer to reschedule and don't disclose fees! |
