    A home health services agency hires workers trained to provide in-home medical services. Many of these workers are nurses, often with prior experience in hospitals. The work requires flexibility and the ability to deal with all kinds of situations. In some cases, a patient may be worked with for several years. In others, it may be occasional short periods to allow family caregivers to take vacations or a few months of rehabilitation and recovery.
