| I have been looking for a rottie for over two years now and cannot find one close to me. Have looked in 27 different animal shelters around me that say they have rotts but when I get there they all tell me that they don't have any. At that time I was just looking for a rottie mix or full blooded, male or female but now that have looked for so long and since I'm going to pay for one then I have come here for your help. I'm wanting a female germen rottie hopefully not over four to six months. I'm not interested in a show qualty just a pet, perfer not one fixed but I would like papers willing to drive within 350 miles to find the one for me """DO NOT WANT IT TO BE SHIPED""" Had a bad experence with it about 4 years ago so that is not an option. PLEASE if you can help me let me know. Thanks for your time!! |

Like I said before I have looked so long and I have tried on here before but I had so many people jumping down my back and telling me to go to the shelters and the truth be known I did that for so long now that I have decided to try here again. Thanks but I have found a reputable breeder and I will be getting my new baby this coming weekend. I guess just putting an ad on here does help a lot. I guess that I should have done it sooner. But at first I really didn't care about getting a full blooded rott all I was really looking for was a mix, but after looking for so long this was the last straw and it worked.

No ethical (read responsible) breeder posts the prices of their puppies in such a format. You can't order a puppy like you can a used part for you car.
Interested in a Rottweiler - read the Code of Ethics. Educate yourself as to what constitutes a well bred dog. Ethical breeders are not hard to find. |

| I am sorry you were unable to find a rottie in your area. Did you check out www.petfinder.org? In maryland they have about 20 rotties or so. Many of them puppies. Just wondering if you knew about the site:) |

I would love and welcome your help in finding a female rott for my husband and myself. At one time I found a reputable breeder. However when the time came for my husband and myself to go get her we got a call about my father-in-law (who has since passed away) and we could not make the trip to get her. When we were able to Sarah (the breeder)had already sold her to someone else. She has since put me on her waiting list for her next litter, however that won't be for another year and a half. I told her that I was going to keep looking for a female rott but if I did not find the one that I wanted then I would go ahead and get one from her. I hope to hear from you soon to tell you in-detail what I'm looking for.

I have looked on pet finder but I'm in Missouri and there are not that many people\places that have rottweilers. I go to pet finder everyday, and still have not found the one I want. However petfinder has helped alot. Thank you for your help.
