We made contact with this guy on Cellpex. We did a deal on the Nokia N95. He insisted on us buying a cashiers check and emailing him a photocopy. In responce to our request to send pictures, he sent a small grainy picture of what looked like a bonafide N95. We did the deal COD. When we opened the box, we found that he had sent the first Chinese Nokia N95 clone ( http://justamp.blogspot.com/2007/04/first-nokia-n95-clone.html ). When we contacted him, he agreed to "take care of the matter". Since then, needless to say, he hasnt. First he said "I am waiting for a shipment of the N95". Then it was "I am waiting for the check, when I get it I will return it to you". Then it became "We sent the exact phones that you wanted!". Finally he turned abusive and started contradicting himself and writing long convoluted emails with no punctuations and bad spelling. We enquired at the bank and heard he had cashed the check in the meanwhile. Five days after he had cashed the check, he sent an email saying "We have received the check, send the items back COD and we will return your check".
