I whould like to warn you of this company

Please please please if you like your money becareful .
The quality of bags are good but they are thief !!!!!!
They have an option that you can buy 5 bags with half price which is good .
I orderd 5 bags and it costs about 800 US $ but after 4 weeks and many many emails from me , they finally just sent me 2 of them and one of them was dirty .
By the way , now after 2 month they dont even answer me and i dont know what should i do so please please dont ever trust them.
And if someone has the same experience with them please let me know.
