| I had my hair done at a salon in Mass. Called Noellesalon at first it looked good not great than my hair kept falling out I called the owner of this salon several times to talk to her about what i was doing with my hair she never called me back I sent her e-mails no answer she took my money and now will not answer my calls I have called the board of cosmetology and the better business service This girl is so unprofessional and I was recomended to her by a friend of hers I travled all the way from N.H. To talk to her only to find out she moved I located her new salon and was treated badly by her she blamed my hair nightmare on me and refused to correct any problems unless I pay more money She is a ripoff artist and I would not recomend her ever good luck to anyone who goes to her |
