Is a furnished apartment a good choice for you as housing? Decide what amenities you need for housing. Consider how much you are willing to spend for lodging in a studio or luxury room. If you expect a certain level of privacy and luxury, you will want to know about the shared unit and frequency of landlord visits.   • What features does the apartment offer?
    Look at a floorplan if possible. Touring the space is even better. Ask if the sofa, electronics, table, chairs and beds are standard or upgrades.   • What disposable items am I free to consume without replacing?
